We pride ourselves on our industrial robots that are distinguished by machine vision, which gives our service added value in terms of quality and time of implementation of the project.

Machine vision technology brings a new level of efficiency and productivity, while automated production allows us to pay special attention to the particular wishes and needs of our clients.

We complement our services with state-of-the-art CNC machining – with fully automated cells of CNC machining centres, we offer both milling and turning processing of our castings. We also offer precision robotic grinding, in which an automated grinding cell grinds and processes castings. The procedures are completed by sandblasting or vibrating (vibratory finishing).

Modelling and drawing

3D-modelling and drawing are carried out internally with the latest versions of the SolidWorks and DEPO CAM (NCG CAM) software, while casting simulations are carried out in cooperation with permanent external partners.

Measurable accuracy.

Our measuring station with the advanced Keyence VL-700 3D scanner provides extremely fast and reliable measurements. The system compares the measured piece with the reference 3D model and instantly detects any deviations.
By combining precise technology and smart analytics, we raise the standards of quality and efficiency in aluminium die casting.

Digitised warehouse

We boast our own digitised warehouse with 350 pallet spaces.

The warehouse is managed according to the FIFO method, while digital inventory management allows us to have a real-time overview of the situation, meaning that we always have products in stock, our delivery times are short, and delivery is performed in a timely manner.
